🛠️ Warranty & Repair Support Process

To ensure efficient handling and clear tracking, all repair and return cases follow the process below:

1. Contact Customer Support

Please first submit a service request through our official customer support channels and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the product issue
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

2. Case Review

Our support team will conduct an initial diagnosis and verification of the issue and provide recommended solutions.


3. RMA Issuance (Return Merchandise Authorization)

If the product needs to be returned for inspection or repair, an RMA number will be issued along with detailed return instructions.


4. Ship to Germany Service Center

Please send the product to our European after-sales repair center in Großostheim, Germany, following the provided instructions.
Make sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.


5. Inspection & Repair

Our technical team will inspect the product and carry out repair, replacement, or further actions in accordance with the warranty policy.


6. Completion & Return Shipment

Once the repair is completed, we will arrange return shipping and provide tracking information.
